FAILURE / INCORRECT ITEMS
We want to resolve any issues you have with an item you received.
Please contact us to get the following information:
- Order Number
- Product code (of damaged or expected item).
- Description and/or images of the fault
We are confident you will love our products. However, sometimes things don't go as planned.
Returns are accepted up to 30 days after receipt of the order. You must ensure that the item arrives in the same condition it was when you received it. You must ensure that the item is in its original condition.
RETURN REQUESTS SUBJECT TO 30 DAYS
After the applicable returns period, we do not accept returns of unwanted items. We may ask you to pay for the return costs if you attempt to return an item.
Your item can be exchanged within 30 days provided that it has the same product code. You can exchange your item for a different size or colour, but the prices of the products must match the original price.
We will send you a replacement at the same address and using the same shipping method as your original order.
A refund will be issued to the original method of payment if the item is out of stock in the colour or size you selected.
You can request a replacement item if the item you are looking for is not listed under the same product code or is priced differently to the original. In these cases, you will need to return the item and place a new purchase.
Although we understand that you may try on items, please do not wear them. We reserve the right not to give you a refund if an item is returned damaged, worn, or in a different condition than you described. In this case, we will have to ship it back to your address and ask for payment. All returned items are subject to inspection.
Returns should be in the original packaging and condition.
For hygiene and health reasons, some items cannot be returned. This includes jewellery like earrings and swimwear.
We will send you the correct instructions if you wish to return your underwear, swimwear, or jewellery.
RESPONSIBILITYYou are responsible for returning items until they reach us. Please make sure they are properly packed and not damaged during transit!
You are responsible for the return of your parcel until it arrives. Please make sure you have proof of delivery.
Items that are sent back to us in error are not our responsibility. We may ask for payment if we are able to locate the items.
RIGHT TO CANCEL
You can cancel your entire order if you live in the European Union within 14 days of delivery. We will reimburse the cost of goods, standard postal delivery and any associated packing costs that you have paid for this order. This is in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations.
We will not refund standard delivery costs if you have paid for Express delivery. The cost of returning the order to us will be your responsibility. If you cancel your order after the Distance Selling Regulations expires, or if it is only partially cancelled, we will not reimburse any postage and packing costs.
You have 30 days to return the goods. However, you are not eligible for a refund of the purchase price.
